You’ll lead the project-management unit, steer procurement under EDCF, PEC, and PPRA rules, and keep cost, schedule, and quality targets on track while liaising directly with the PSEB managing director. 🧠 Who Are We Looking For?

An accomplished project leader with:

• Education:
  18 years of formal education, holding:
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • Master’s in Management, Planning, or Policy, or equivalent (HEC recognized).
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience:
  A minimum of 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Skill Set:
  • Strong command in engineering project delivery.
  • Expertise in multi-story, multi-phase infrastructure development.
  • Ability to handle costing, scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with EDCF, PEC, and PPRA rules.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Unit (PMU).
• Ensure smooth planning and execution of the IT Park construction.
• Review procurement documents, reports, and consultant submissions.
• Implement quality control measures, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Report directly to the Managing Director, PSEB.
