📚 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Professor
- Qualification: Ph.D. or terminal qualification from a recognized university in relevant disciplines.
- Experience:
- At least 11 years post-Ph.D. experience or 7 years post-Ph.D. with 12 years overall professional/teaching experience.
- Recognized research and teaching experience at reputable institutions or organizations.
- Publications:
- Minimum 15 research publications, with at least 5 in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.
✅ Associate Professor
- Qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in relevant field from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Experience:
- At least 6 years post-Ph.D. or 4 years post-Ph.D. with 6 years of teaching/research experience.
- Publications:
- Minimum 10 research publications, with at least 4 in the last 5 years in internationally indexed journals.
