The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting’s primary division is the Press Information Department, which is led by the Principal Information Officer (PIO). Since 1947, PID has worked to provide a traditional platform for timely information dissemination to the public via all media.
Through appropriate media projection, monitoring, and feedback, PID runs around the clock. Its goal is to make government policies known to the public and to inform the government about the effects of those policies. The PID Government of Pakistan is currently hiring employees for its Islamabad headquarters.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates from Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan are welcome to apply. Holders of Primary, Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees are eligible for these employment options.
