The Board of Investment (BOI) invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions under the PSDP-funded project titled “China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Industrial Cooperation Development Project (CPEC-ICDP).” These positions will be filled on a contract basis initially for one year (extendable based on performance) and subject to the continuation of the project.

| 2 | China & Industrial Cooperation Expert | MBA/MPA/Master’s in Management Sciences, International Relations, Economics, or equivalent. Certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). | At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in CPEC-related sectors. Understanding of Pakistan-China relations and industrial cooperation. |
| 3 | System Analyst | BS in Software Engineering or equivalent | 7 years in web development/software development. Candidates with professional certifications will be preferred. |
| 4 | Accounts Officer | Minimum Graduation | At least 10 years in financial management, preferably in the public sector. |
| 5 | Media & Publication Officer | MBA/MPA/Master’s in Management Sciences, MS Project Management, MA Mass Communication, or equivalent | 5 years in media management and public relations. Strong communication and technical writing skills. |
| 6 | Assistant Director (Admin) | Graduation (Master’s degree preferred) | 5 years in administrative roles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. |
| 7 | Assistant Director – Special Economic Zones | MBA/Master’s in Management Sciences, Economics, or equivalent | At least 3 years in public sector or infrastructure projects. Skills in feasibility studies, analytical reports, and business proposal evaluation. |
| 8 | Project Coordinator/Research Officer | MBA/MPA/Master’s in Management Sciences, MS Project Management, or equivalent | 3 years in research or project coordination. Strong analytical, writing, and report preparation skills. |
| 9 | Interpreter & Liaison Officer | Graduate with expertise in Chinese and English language interpretation | Minimum 3 years of professional interpreting experience. Strong verbal and written communication in English and Chinese. |
| 10 | Executive Assistant | Minimum graduation or equivalent with computer proficiency (MS Office) | 5 years in relevant roles. |
| 11 | Naib Qasid | Matriculation | No experience required. |
| 12 | Sanitary Worker | Primary education | No experience required. |
