Pakistan Software Export Board PSEB jobs 2024 – State-Owned Enterprise (SOE)

Pakistan Software Export Board PSEB is seeking individuals for its IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) sector. PSEB is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) that works under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication. The major responsibilities of the selected candidate will be to oversee the strategic governance of PSEB and support the enhancement of IT and IT-enabled services in Pakistan. Pakistan Software Export Board PSEB Jobs 2024 is available for the position of Independent Director who must be listed in the SECP’s databank (Section 166) and detailed information is as under:

Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Law

Professional/Governance Experience:  At least 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the IT/ITES sector, public sector, or a multinational organization as well as 3 years of governance experience in serving the board of directors (public or private sector)

Selection Criteria: As outlined in Section 16 and Schedule IV of the SOEs Act, 2023.

Age: 35 – 70 years Women and individuals below 40 are encouraged to apply.
