Pakistan Engineering Congress – Vacancy Announcement

Pakistan Engineering Congress is inviting applications from eligible and qualified individuals (male/female) on an equal opportunity basis for various positions. The vacancies are available for Punjab domiciled candidates, subject to the terms and conditions provided below:

Assistant Manager (Research and Manuscripts):

• Qualification: Master’s degree in English Language and Literature/Library Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in content/script writing. Evidence of experience will be required during interviews of shortlisted candidates.

Assistant Manager (Coordination):

• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Finance, Business, English, etc.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to individuals with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent communication skills, and demonstrable expertise in organizing/managing conferences.
• Age: Up to 35 years.

Manager IT:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT. Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications such as MS/M.Phil degree (18 years qualification) in the mentioned fields or having 18 years of qualification in Computer Science/IT.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to individuals with working experience in server management, web-based applications & client management, and handling classroom training and management in the IT field.
• Age: Up to 30 years.

• The salary for each position is on a lump-sum basis, including all allowances, with an annual increment as approved by the executive council.
