The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for various positions to strengthen its workforce. We are looking for qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Cypher Assistant, Communication Assistant, Network Administrator, Stenotypist, Lower Division Clerk, Technician, Driver, and Naib Qasid.
These posts, numbered from BPS-01 to BPS-15, need people with various qualifications and competencies. There are prospects for you whether you have a master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science or have completed intermediate or primary school.

MOFA Application Process:
- The age limit includes five years of general age relaxation. Any other relaxation will be provided as per the rules of the Government of Pakistan.
- Application forms can be filled out directly on the application portal at the National Job Portal (njp.gov.pk).
- Applicants already in Government service may apply through the proper channel and must produce NOC during the interview.
- A candidate may apply for more than one post by submitting separate application forms for each post.
- Information provided in the application form will be verified. In case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel the candidature at any stage (even after employment) and initiate legal action against the applicant.
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in whole or in part or to increase/decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of the test/interview.
- Applications on the prescribed format shall reach through the online portal by the latest 2nd July 2024. Please do not attach any other documents with the application form.
