Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex / Bacha Khan Medical College Mardan

The Board of Governors at MTI Mardan is inviting applications from suitable candidates for senior-level positions. The position holders will report directly to the Board of Governors. Each role comes with an initial five-year contract, which may be extended by the MTI Act and its regulations upon successful completion and satisfactory performance.

1. MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Responsibilities include clinical functions, patient management, quality control, assessment, and development of clinical programs. The Medical Director will also be a member of the Institutional Management Committee (MC) to oversee overall institutional performance, streamline processes, and authorize payments per an authority matrix.

Qualification & Experience:

• Recognized Medical Degree
• Management/administrative experience of not less than seven (07) years in senior management positions in a health institution or organization
• At least three (03) years of clinical experience in any specialty in a major teaching hospital

2. HOSPITAL DIRECTOR

Responsible for non-clinical functions, HR, administration, maintenance, and development of ancillary services, communications, business plans, and hospital budget development. The Hospital Director will also be a member of the MC.

Qualification & Experience:

• Recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant management qualification and experience
• Persons with a medical degree will be considered, provided they have an additional management degree and required professional experience
• Seven (07) years of experience working in a senior management position in a major teaching hospital, organization, or institution

3. NURSING DIRECTOR

Oversees all nursing functions, including teaching/training of nurses and maintaining performance standards. The Nursing Director will also be a member of the MC.

Qualification & Experience:

• Nursing Qualification (RN)
• BScN Degree, preferably MSCN, with at least seven (07) years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
