Health Department AJK Jobs 2023 – Medical Officers (Males/Females) Faculty

The Health Department of the AJK Government has recently released an announcement regarding the recruitment for open positions (Health Department AJK Jobs 2023 | Download Advertisement).

These vacancies are available on an Open Merit Basis, allowing candidates from all over Azad Jammu & Kashmir to apply for these job opportunities. The positions are located in the Poonch, Muzaffarabad, and Mirpur Divisions.

Currently, there are openings for Medical Officers (both male and female) with a BPS-17 pay scale. Comprehensive eligibility information can be found in the career notice. Candidates with an MBBS degree and a one-year house job experience are encouraged to apply.

Interested doctors must have valid registrations with both the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC). Please note that these appointments will be made on an ad-hoc basis.

How to Apply

  • Eligible and interested candidates should submit their applications on plain paper, accompanied by all required documents, to the Directorate of Health Muzaffarabad Office, D Block, New District Complex, Old Secretariat, Muzaffarabad by May 9th, 2023.
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 45. Details regarding interview and test schedules for each post can be found in the advertisement. Please be aware that no separate interview letters will be issued.
