Role Descriptions (What You’ll Do)
Principal (Noshki & Quetta)
- Lead campus operations, academic planning, budget oversight, and staff development.
- Drive curriculum implementation, quality assurance, and discipline across the school.
- Engage parents and community, oversee safety, compliance, and performance metrics.
Vice Principal (Quetta)
- Support the Principal in academic supervision and timetable management.
- Coordinate departments, lesson monitoring, teacher mentoring, and assessments.
- Manage admissions, examination cells, and co-curricular activities.
Teachers (Quetta)
- Plan and deliver student-centred lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
