What You’ll Do (role highlights)
Program Manager (HIV/AIDS)
- Lead national HIV program activities—planning, budgeting, grant delivery, and reporting to donors and government.
- Oversee service coverage (ART sites, testing, outreach), ensure MERL indicators hit targets, and coordinate with procurement, labs, and provinces.
- Produce high-quality proposals, workplans, and periodic reports; manage risks and compliance across grants.
Deputy Technical Advisor – National Reference Lab
- Supervise reference-lab functions for TB/DR-TB, mentor peripheral labs, and ensure ISO-15189 practices.
- Introduce/scale diagnostics (e.g., rapid molecular tests, DST), manage EQA, biosafety, and digital result flows.
- Design trainings and contribute to operational research manuscripts.
Manager Warehouse / Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist
- Secure uninterrupted availability of drugs & diagnostics; manage quantification, pipeline, and cold chain.
- Maintain accurate ERP/LMIS inventory, batch/FEFO tracking, and national distribution plans with 0% stock-out target.
- Run compliant procurements under donor rules, from bidding to delivery & GRNs; clear audits without observations.
Manager Data / Computer Programmer
- Build reliable data pipelines from sites to dashboards; enforce DQAs and on-time reporting.
- Design and maintain .NET applications and APIs; optimize MS SQL; generate routine analytics for decision support.
- Translate complex analysis into simple visual summaries for field teams and leadership.
Sr. Provincial Program Officer (GB) / Field Clinical & Outreach Roles (Gilgit)
- Coordinate provincial plans, supervise sites, and track ART/PMDT progress.
- Deploy mobile X-ray vans with safety, privacy, and informed consent; ensure community engagement and referral completion.
- Provide compassionate clinical services—pharmacy counselling, nursing care, treatment coordination—and keep immaculate records.
Internal Audit Officer
- Perform risk-based audits of program, finance, procurement, and IT; verify adherence to SOPs and donor rules.
- Present clear, prioritized recommendations and track remediation to closure.
