• Graduates (2-year degree): 17-23 years (as of 1st November 2024) – Relaxable by 3 months.
• Graduates (4-year degree): 17-24 years (as of 1st November 2024) – No relaxation.
• Serving Army Soldiers: 17-25 years (as of 1st November 2024) – No relaxation.

Training and Course Structure

The PMA Long Course 155 is a two-year training program, divided into four terms, each lasting six months. During the training period, cadets undergo rigorous military training, leadership development, and academic education. Upon successful completion, cadets will be commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the Pakistan Army.

Required Documents

Candidates are required to submit the following documents when applying:

• Original certificates/mark sheets for Matriculation and Intermediate or equivalent qualifications.
• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) for those aged 18 and above, or a computerized Form “B” along with a parent/guardian’s CNIC for those below 18.
• Attested photocopies of all documents, including three passport-sized colored photos.
• Candidates who have previously appeared in the ISSB must also submit their “Not Recommended” letter.

Physical Standards

Candidates must meet the following physical standards to be eligible for the 155 PMA Long Course:

• Height: Minimum of 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm).
• Vision: 6/9 and 6/12.
• Weight: As per the Body Mass Index (BMI).

Selection Process

The selection process for 155 PMA Long Course includes several stages designed to assess the candidate’s physical and academic abilities, including:

1. Initial Test: This includes verbal, non-verbal, and academic assessments.
2. Physical Test: Candidates will undergo a physical fitness test.
3. Medical Examination: A thorough medical examination will be conducted to ensure the candidates meet health standards.
4. Initial Interview: Candidates who pass the above tests will appear for an interview.
5. Submission for ISSB Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB) test.
