Role and Responsibilities
1. Deputy General Manager (Investment)
- Oversee portfolio management with a focus on optimizing investment strategies.
- Lead research to support decision-making and enhance portfolio performance.
- Develop and implement investment policies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
- Collaborate with senior management to align investments with organizational objectives.
2. Assistant General Manager (Accounts & Operations)
- Prepare and monitor financial statements related to investment portfolios.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist internal/external audits with timely documentation.
- Manage investment-related budgets and ensure tax compliance.
- Monitor investment income and report variances to senior management.
3. Assistant General Manager (Investment)
- Manage investment portfolios, minimizing risks and maximizing returns.
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to guide decisions.
- Assess the performance of investments and recommend adjustments.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
4. Manager (Investment)
- Oversee investment activities, including portfolio monitoring and compliance.
- Conduct market analysis and support investment strategies.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure timely deployments into suitable assets.
- Collaborate with senior managers to streamline investment processes.
5. Manager (Settlement & Corporate Affairs)
- Manage equity settlement processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve settlement-related discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with equity settlement regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee corporate affairs, including shareholder communications and board meetings.
6. Deputy Manager (Research)
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and sector performance.
- Conduct financial research and recommend investment strategies.

- Ensure thorough due diligence for fixed-income and equity investment opportunities.
7. Assistant Manager (Research)
- Analyze company performance trends and sector forecasts.

Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
✅ Experience: Varies based on position (1–12+ years post-qualification).
✅ Age Limits: 30–45 years (based on role).
