Key Responsibilities and Skills
1. Lead, Training, Development & Partnerships
- Responsibilities:

- Skills:
- Strong project management and facilitation abilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific mining standards and labor management systems (LMS).
2. Officer, Training and Development
- Responsibilities:
- Facilitate leadership and skill-based training programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with mining standards and safety protocols.
3. CSR Project Engineer
- Responsibilities:
- Lead construction projects related to community development.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with community goals.
- Skills:
- Robust knowledge of construction processes and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Travel Coordinator
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for Reko Diq Mining Company personnel.
