The Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA), established under the IHRA Act of 2018, aims to oversee and improve the quality of healthcare services in both public and private sectors within the Islamabad Capital Territory. IHRA is inviting applications from highly motivated and competent Pakistani nationals to join its prestigious pool of Assessors on a need basis.

Tabeeb | Bachelor/Diploma in Tibb (BEMS/FTJ) registered with the National Council for Tibb. | Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
Nurse | BSc Nursing or Post RN diploma. | Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in hospitals. |
Pharmacist/Pharm-D | B-Pharmacy or Pharm-D with relevant experience. | Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
Biomedical Engineer | BSc in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical) from PEC-accredited institutions. | Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields. |
Laboratory Technologist | BS MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology). | Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
Physiotherapist/Speech Therapist | DPT/MS (Speech-Language Pathology). | Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates must be highly motivated, competent, and possess strong communication skills.
- Selected Assessors will undergo training on IHRA standards before beginning assignments.
- Reference manuals for Minimum Delivery Standards (MDS) are available on the IHRA website at www.ihra.gov.pk.
- Applications must include a CV along with attested copies of:
- National Identity Card
- Educational certificates
- Relevant experience certificates
- Applications must be sent via registered post or courier to the given address. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Clearly mark the category applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.
- Applications remain open year-round; however, for the initial selection phase, submissions will be accepted only within 15 days of this advertisement’s publication.
- Selected candidates will serve on the IHRA panel for a period of one year, extendable based on IHRA Board approval.
