Positions Detail
Position 1: Procurement Specialist-II
- Qualification:
- A Master’s Degree (at least 16 years of education) in fields like Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences, or a specialized degree in Procurement Management, Project Management, Supply Chain or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience:
- 10 years of verifiable experience in procurement of goods, works, and consulting services.
- Recent experience of 7 years in successfully managing procurement at national or international levels.
- Deep understanding of World Bank’s procurement policies, regulations, and tools such as STEP (Systematic Tracking Exchanges in Procurement).
- Comprehensive knowledge of public procurement systems and administrative processes.
Position 2: Assistant Finance Manager (Intermittent Basis)
- Qualification:
- An ACMA/ACCA, CA Inter, or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance, administration, and grant management for organizations with complex financial frameworks.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for policy and process development.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale financial systems and the ability to work collaboratively with public or private sector counterparts.
