Latest Office of the District & Sessions Judge Karachi East Jobs 2024 announcement date: 02 June 2024 for the positions of Stenographers (BPS-16), Junior Clerks (BPS-11), Driver (BPS-07), Naib Qasid (BPS-03), Chowkidar (BPS-03), Lift Operator (BPS-02), Mali (BPS-02). Moreover, this advertisement publicized in the daily DAWN newspaper.

Following up on our earlier announcements from December 22, 2020, and June 15, 2023, we are now accepting applications to occupy the following open positions in the District East Sessions Court in Karachi East. Candidates need to meet the qualifications that are listed for each position.

1. Stenographers (BPS-16)

• Number of Posts: 03
• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
• Skills:
  • Typing Speed: 40 WPM
  • Shorthand Speed: 80 WPM
  • Proficiency in MS Office (certificate required)
• Age Limit: 21 to 25 years
• Domicile: Sindh only

2. Junior Clerks (BPS-11)

• Number of Posts: 17
• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
• Skills: Typing Speed: 40 WPM, MS Office proficiency (certificate required)
• Age Limit: 21 to 25 years
• Domicile: Karachi-East/Korangi only

3. Driver (BPS-07)

• Number of Posts: 02
• Minimum Qualification: Matric
• Requirements: Valid driving license, ability to read roadside and highway signs
• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years
• Domicile: Karachi-East/Korangi only

4. Naib Qasid (BPS-03)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Minimum Qualification: Middle
• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years
• Domicile: Karachi-East/Korangi only

5. Chowkidar (BPS-03)

• Number of Posts: 02
• Minimum Qualification: Middle
• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years
• Domicile: Karachi-East/Korangi only

6. Lift Operator (BPS-02)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Minimum Qualification: Middle
• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years
• Domicile: Karachi-East/Korangi only

7. Mali (BPS-02)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Minimum Qualification: Middle
• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years
• Domicile: Karachi-East/Korangi only

Procedure to Submit Application:

1. For Stenographers and Junior Clerks (S.No. 1 and 2):
   • Submit online applications at STS Portal
   • Helpline: 071-5644200 | Email: sts@iba-suk.edu.pk
   • After online submission, download the system-generated Challan of Rs. 1,500/- and deposit it in any ABL Bank Limited branch. (Non-refundable fee)
   • Upload CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, recent photograph, NOC (if a government servant), and academic documents on the STS Online Portal. Candidates with disabilities must upload a CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
2. For All Other Posts (S.No. 3 to 7):
   • Send applications with attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile, PRC, and 02 passport-size photographs by post or by hand to the Office of the Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Karachi East.
   • Applications must arrive by 20.06.2024 by 01:00 pm. Late applications will not be entertained.

Important Notes:

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• 5% quota for candidates with disabilities.
• 20% quota for children of deceased/retired/serving employees of Judicial District East.
• Separate applications must be submitted for each post if applying for more than one.
• Government servants must apply through proper channels, with a maximum age limit of 30 years for Civil Servants.
• Overage candidates may apply subject to relaxation by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.
• No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
• Candidates must bring original documents at the time of the interview.
• The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
• The last date for application submission is 20.06.2024.
• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Applications from the previous advertisements dated 22.12.2020 and 15.06.2023 will be considered for this advertisement, and those applicants should not apply again.
